New ITRC member

Hans Welling

Johannes (Hans) Welling is a new member of the ITRC team, as a project manager and researcher. He will lead a grant application process for the Icelandic Research Fund and applications for other international research projects.

Hans holds a Ph.D. degree in tourism studies from University of Iceland and has a master’s degree in environment and natural resource management and a master’s degree in political social science both from the University of Amsterdam.

Hans will be based at our Reykjavik office in the Tæknigarður building at the campus of University of Iceland.
