Registration fee

 

  • Registration fee: 86.000 ISK (early bird)
  • PhD student fee: 50.000 ISK (early bird)
  • PhD student fee + PhD course: 60.000 ISK (early bird) 

Registration fee from 7 July: 103.000 ISK regular fee / 60.000 ISK student fee / 70.000 ISK PhD student fee + course 

Included in the conference fee: Reception (6 Oct), conference dinner, lunch, coffee, and snacks during conference days (7-8 Oct)

Hotel Rooms & Prices

We have pre-booked hotel rooms at a discounted rate at the conference venue, Hotel Reykjavík Natura, and at Center Hotel Plaza, located in the heart of downtown Reykjavík (2.5 km walking distance from the venue). Rooms can be booked during the conference registration process or by contacting tobba@atconferences.is. Please note that pre-booked rooms are limited so we recommend early booking as we can't guarantee availability for all attendees.

Standard Single room: ISK 29.900 (breakfast and VAT included)

Standard Double room: ISK 34.700 (breakfast and VAT included)
Center Hotel Plaza (downtown)
Double/Twin standard: ISK 31.700 (breakfast and VAT included)

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to tobba@atconferences.is Cancellations before 6 September 2026 will receive a full refund less ISK 10.000 administration fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 6 September 2026, but changes can be made at any time. The conference organizers reserve the right to retain all fees paid in the event of non-attendance at the conference. Accommodation will be refunded if cancellation is made 4 weeks before arrival date. Neither the organizers of the conference nor Athygli Conferences can be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuations
