REGISTRATION

 

Call for Sessions  is now open, and we would like to invite you to submit a session proposal before February 10, 2026.
 
In addition to traditional paper presentation sessions, we also encourage different formats, such as outdoor sessions, workshops, or other creative setups.
 
Please submit session proposals as abstracts, make sure to include the following information:
  • Name, affiliation and contact details of session organiser and any co-organisers
  • Type of session being proposed (session, workshop, etc.)
  • Proposed session title
  • Session description of 250-300 words
Session organisers will oversee the organisation and chair their sessions. Their primary responsibility is to solicit high quality abstracts for the session and collaborate with the symposium organisers in determining which abstracts are to be accepted and structure the final program for the session.

Proposals will be evaluated by the conference Scientific Committee based on the relevance to the theme.
 
Decision will be made by the end of February.
